Duties & Responsibilities Of An Office Clerk:

1. Make claims for suppliers for Warehouses;
2. Follow up and research unsettled debit memos for the DCs and customers;
3. Perform costing of credit for both DCs;
4. Verify customer account statements and distribute them to the appropriate people;
5. Prepare sales reports, when required;
6. Perform any other task required by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements For An Office Clerk Job

1. Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting;
2. Have 2 years experience in a similar position;
3. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
4. Bilingualism;
5. Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
